Grape Harvest Manual harvest. Second half of October.
Elaboration Process Traditional fermentation at 27°C for 9 days. Maceration is extended for an additional 14 days after fermentation. Aging is carried out with 50% in new American oak barrels and 50% in French oak barrels for 18 months. The wine rests for a minimum of 24 months in the bottle racks to achieve its roundness.
Service Temperature Preferably at 16º
Tasting COLOR: Slightly intense bright cherry. AROMA: Powerful, spicy, mineral, and fine oak toasts very well integrated. MOUTH: Full, broad, round. Very tasty ripe tannins. Mineral retro-nasal. Ripe fruit with expression. Elegant persistence.
